Recently, Alptec participated in StocExpo 2026 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where the company showcased its Earthing Pro static grounding systems, FlexPerm 2.0 overfill prevention system, and the Retractable Grounding Reel for External Floating Roof Storage Tanks.
As an important industry event for liquid storage, loading and unloading operations, hazardous-area applications, and tank safety, StocExpo 2026 brought together professionals from terminals, tank storage, chemicals, oil and gas, and industrial safety sectors around the world. During the exhibition, Alptec Automation presented its products and solutions for static grounding, overfill prevention, interlock control, and tank grounding, attracting strong interest from visitors across different countries and regions.
Static Grounding Solutions for Multiple Applications
At the show, Alptec highlighted its Earthing Pro product range, including the GE, MV, FIBC, DU, and MUL models. These products cover a wide range of applications, including tanker loading and unloading, vehicle-mounted operations, FIBC handling, dual-channel monitoring, and multi-channel centralized monitoring, demonstrating Alptec’s systematic product layout in static grounding solutions.
Among them, Earthing Pro GE is designed for common applications such as tanker trucks and drums, providing grounding status verification, continuous monitoring, alarm indication, and interlock output. Earthing Pro MV is designed for vehicle-mounted operations and is used for true earth verification and loop monitoring. Earthing Pro FIBC is designed for conductive path monitoring in FIBC applications. Earthing Pro DU supports dual-channel independent monitoring and interlock control. Earthing Pro MUL is suitable for multi-bay and multi-vehicle applications requiring centralized multi-channel monitoring.
Overfill Prevention System on Display
In addition to its static grounding products, Alptec also showcased the FlexPerm 2.0 overfill prevention system. Designed for loading and unloading operations, the system supports sensor monitoring, status evaluation, interlock control, and event logging, helping improve both process safety and system integration capability on site.
Grounding Reel Solution for Tank Applications
Alptec also presented its Retractable Grounding Reel for External Floating Roof Storage Tanks. This solution is designed for grounding applications on external floating roof tanks and helps maintain a reliable conductive connection during tank operation, supporting static control and safe operation.
Strengthening Global Communication and Market Development
Through its participation in StocExpo 2026, Alptec further demonstrated its product direction in static grounding, overfill prevention, tank grounding, and hazardous-area safety applications, while also engaging with overseas customers on topics such as product selection, application needs, interlock integration, and customized solutions.
