A verified low-resistance path alone does not prove that the clamp is attached to a tanker-type vehicle. Earthing Pro TK therefore evaluates vehicle-to-earth capacitance in addition to checking the grounding circuit. Both the tanker-recognition result and the ≤10 Ω loop condition must remain valid before the system provides a permissive output.

After the clamp is attached to the tanker body, the controller displays a test state and evaluates vehicle-to-earth capacitance against the >1000 pF recognition reference.
If tanker-type recognition is valid, the system continuously monitors the complete clamp-to-vehicle-to-earth loop to ≤10 Ω.
The OLED displays the live state and resistance; the relay permits transfer only while all required checks remain valid.

The display guides the operator through GROUNDING OK, CLAMP ON and TESTING. A valid tanker connection shows CONNECTED and the live resistance with a green indicator. A rejected vehicle connection displays NO TRUCK. CLAMP OFF and ENTERING STANDBY guide clamp return after operation.
