SLA-S-Y-OP is an overfill and static protection system designed for oil loading operations.
It performs both overfill detection and static grounding verification, and the system enters a permissive state only when both safety conditions are confirmed.
Using patented liquid level detection technology developed under a China National Invention Patent, it helps prevent oil spills, improve site safety, and provide better protection for the environment and personnel.
During oil loading operations, relying on only one type of safety detection is often not enough.
If overfill status and static grounding status are not both confirmed, the risks of product spills or hazardous area incidents may still remain.
SLA-S-Y-OP combines overfill protection and static verification, allowing loading only when both conditions are safely confirmed, thereby improving operational safety and control
The system is connected to the loading operation loop and receives both liquid level detection and static grounding signals.
It continuously monitors liquid level status and static grounding status.
Only when both overfill detection and static grounding verification are confirmed does the system enter a permissive state and allow loading to continue.
If either condition is not satisfied, the system triggers alarm and outputs an interlock signal to prevent loading from continuing.
