The Loading & Unloading Skid is a custody-transfer-grade loading control unit designed for petrochemical storage and terminal facilities. It integrates high-accuracy metering, batch control, electro-hydraulic actuation, and multiple safety interlocks into a unified modular platform. The system supports automated batch operations, real-time process monitoring, data management, and seamless integration with DCS and terminal management systems, delivering a safe, precise, and traceable solution for terminal-level automation.
The ECH series screw flow meter is a very accurate double-shell liquid flow measurement device. The main body consists of a pair of spiral rotors and three chambers between the shells. It generates a high-resolution output signal proportional to the liquid flow rate through the flow meter via a sensor that is not in contact with the liquid. The signal is shaped and transmitted to auxiliary equipment by an internal preset amplifier, and the data can be indicated locally or remotely transmitted to the secondary meter through a transmitter.
